I purchased this cash drawer within 2 weeks the key would no longer open the lock. big problem when the money is inside. The company quickly sent me another one and I returned the first defective drawer. Same problem happened with the second drawer. Figured we would just live with it as long as it closed and just not lock the drawer when we were away from it. Now The push button that opens the closed drawer does not work. Too much money to pay for something that creates more problems than it solves. DO NOT BUY!!!

This thing is solid/heavy as anything - seems very secure. We mounted it underneath the desk in our cashier office. you will need to have a sturdy or reinforced desk to do this because its so heavy. But anything lighter would seem flimsy, so, I feel like this was really the right product for our application. We removed the cash drawer bell - it was obnoxious. sometimes the latch seems sticky, but no big deal there.

This is a great locking cash drawer. It came with brackets to undermount it below our front desk, which we used to install it. The bell was really quite loud the first time we opened it, but it was simple to disengage. Very happy with this purchase.

sturdy unit. heavy, too. i bolted it underneath a countertop. makes a ding sound when you open it. it's great.

Definitely worth it. Even months later, I have no problems with it. It's also priced really well compared to a lot of other products like this.
